The TGI Golf Foundation has raised more than £100,000 since its launch in 2018, supporting a range of charities and providing financial assistance to TGI Golf Partners and their families when they need it most.

The latest milestone follows a £12,000 donation to Make-A-Wish UK, continuing TGI Golf’s support for the charity, which spans more than 14 years and has seen tens of thousands raised to help grant wishes for critically ill children.

Geri St Julien, Dedicated Relationship Manager at Make-A-Wish UK, said: “It’s thanks to the dedication and generosity of partners like TGI Golf, and everyone who donates, that we’re able to reach more families and create lasting memories for critically ill children.

“TGI Golf has supported Make-A-Wish UK for over 14 years, raising an unbelievable £85,000 during this period. Their continued support and ongoing golf fundraising events help us grant many more magical wishes for critically ill children.”

Adele McLean, Managing Director of TGI Golf, said: “Raising more than £100,000 since 2018 is a fantastic achievement and a credit to everyone who has supported the Foundation.

“It allows us to help some truly worthwhile causes, but just as importantly, to support our own Partners and their families when they need it. That is an important part of what the TGI Golf Partnership is all about.”

Over the past eight years, the Foundation has supported a range of good causes, including Make-A-Wish, the Children’s Golf Trust, Scottish Association for Mental Health (SAMH), the Turkey Earthquake Appeal and the Sick Children’s Trust.

It has also provided direct financial support to families following the sad passing of a Partner.

Since its introduction, fundraising has been driven by charitable efforts of Partners, Partner Suppliers and the wider TGI Golf family through events such as the TGI Golf Foundation Days and the TGI Golf Awards night auctions and raffles.

The Foundation was established to give the Partnership a more structured way of supporting charitable causes, building on the fundraising already taking place across the group.
