Following over 20 years involvement at Cold Ashby Golf Club, which he owned with his father, David, and which they sold to the members earlier this year, Greg Croxton (pictured above) has set up his own media company specialising in social media marketing and web design.

“This felt like a natural progression to me, the marketing world has changed dramatically over the last 5 to 10 years so I researched heavily on how to effectively market through social media and created some very successful campaigns that drove extra business to our site and dramatically increased our database, I am now in a position to use those skills to help other golf clubs and businesses to drive their revenue too.”

Golf has been in the blood from a very young age, he grew up at Cold Ashby Golf Club from the age of 3 and after studying Recreation Management at University he contemplated turning professional, before returning to the family business where he has been for the last 22 years. A former County Captain, Northamptonshire Golf Union executive committee member and Northamptonshire PGA Secretary as well as running the Golf Club, Greg has an extensive knowledge of the golf industry and the challenges that it currently faces in this ever-changing marketplace.
